A farmer at heart, Neville enjoys working on the family sheep farm at weekends. He also likes the occasional Triathlon & despite his competitive nature has accepted that his times are getting worse.

Rory O’Dwyer gained a professional accounting qualification with ACCA. A Sligo native Rory has over 25 years of experience as an accounting and taxation practitioner. Having spent 15 years as a senior partner in Feehily O’Dwyer, a successful, dynamic, boutique accounting firm, Rory took the decision to join NKC in December 2010. Rory’s principle focus is on providing value-added services to his mixed client base of entrepreneurs, small to medium-sized companies and sole traders.

Rory spent a large proportion of the 2000’s travelling to different countries, mainly Poland, assisting clients in setting up financial, tax and legal structures as they moved into new markets. As a result of this Rory has built up a strong network of contacts outside of Ireland. Within NKC Rory is principally responsible for audit, corporate and personal compliance and the provision of value-added services.

Aneil is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over 20 years audit and advisory practice experience.

Driven by his passion to help new and existing clients he takes pride in providing the best possible service. As an experienced professional Aneil leads audits and advisory assignments for the practice for a wide variety of clients from different industries and backgrounds.

In addition to his primary function Aneil advises clients on all aspects of setting up new business in Ireland. He has been quoted by his peers as having “ the ability to put people at ease, extremely calm & professional & always gets the job done”.

Kinga is engaged in the preparation and audit of year-end accounts. She works closely with clients from various industries including the construction industry, renewable energy sector, education, consultancy & professional services. Kinga is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She gained her experience as an accountant working for a hotel chain in Cracow and joined NKC in 2007.

Described by her colleagues as professional and knowledgeable. Kinga values good working relationships and continually strives to deliver first-class service to our clients. Kinga and her husband have three sons and enjoy cheering for the FC Cherry Orchard, reading books or watching good movies.

DIGITAL ACCOUNTANCY MANAGER

Alan oversees the digital accountancy side of the business and is tasked with keeping on top of all the developments and advancements in this exciting new branch of accountancy. He works closely with clients to match them with cloud accounting software that works for them. With oversight on most projects in the accounting and bookkeeping side of the business, he works closely with his team to deliver a professional, timely and informative service to his clients. Alan is a member of the association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) and has been with NKC since 2015. Alan’s colleagues have described him as calm, professional and reliable. When not working Alan will most likely be found on a rugby pitch or in his “pain cave” on Zwift.

Niamh works closely with her select portfolio of clients to assist them in preparing management accounts and provide valuable insights into their companies. She helps to provide timely and accurate information to her clients, allowing them more time to run their business. Niamh is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) and has been a valuable part of the NKC team for more than 10 years. Niamh’s colleagues and clients describe her as calm, professional, extremely precise and a “font of knowledge”. Sinéad is an integral part of the NKC Accounts team, her duties are mainly the preparation of management accounts, year end accounts and audits for businesses in various sectors. Sinéad joined the NKC team in 2010 and is member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

OFFICE MANAGER

Agnes is  a dynamic and result-oriented professional with 18+ years of experience in office management, supervision and administration. She provides confidential support to all our team to ensure compliance with company objectives. Agnes is responsible for all office procedures and uses her organisational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. She also handles the financial matters of the business such as client billing, accounts payable, payroll and banking. Agnes’s colleagues have described her as helpful, kind and friendly. When not solving a crisis over computers not working or testing new software for improving team communication she can be found on her bike or with a good crime story in her hand.

Padraig is a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Irish Tax Institute and joined the NKC team in 2019. He has extensive knowledge and experience of Irish Tax legislation and has worked on a wide range of tax projects with NKC. Padraig provides guidance and peace of mind to clients who have described him as helpful, responsive , diligent and thorough. Padraig is responsible for managing tax compliance deadlines and ensuring that clients are aware of their tax obligations in a timely and efficient fashion. Away from work, Padraig is happiest in the great outdoors, playing/watching football or travelling somewhere new.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Louise works within the Cloud accounting team, making sure that our internal systems match our client demands. She is heavily involved in ongoing client support and works to ensure practical focused advice is given at all times. She is described by her colleagues as organised, efficient & helpful.

Louise joined NKC in 2018 after several management roles in customer service, operations & supply chain management. Louise enjoys being outdoors with family & friends outside of work. Most likely to be found drinking coffee after a social run.

SYSTEMS ACCOUNTANT

Vaidas is the creative part of the Cloud accounting team. He leads all the automation projects in NKC including processes & coding. Vaidas works closely with clients to ensure their needs are met & values good working relationships & quality of work above all else. Described by his colleagues as precise, tech-savvy & helpful, he is our Blockchain guru & has oversight on all Cryptocurrency projects. Vaidas joined NKC in 2018. In the past, he has worked in many account’s roles’ including that of financial controller. Most likely to be found in an apron, trying out a new BBQ recipe. Happiest listening to music, eating good food & expanding his mind.

PAYROLL MANAGER

Philomena manages our Payroll department and is an IPASS qualified Technician with over 20 years of experience. Philomena oversees all NKC’s payroll compliance ensuring outputs are completed accurately and in a timely manner. She is described by her colleagues as friendly, helpful, dependable, knowledgeable and professional.

She serves as an escalation point for clients and provides payroll consulting services to businesses of all sizes. Philomena is a mother of 4 young children and enjoys the outdoors and socialising. The sideline of any GAA/Soccer pitch is where you will more than likely find her in her spare time.

ACCOUNTANT

Nobin has been working with NKC since October 2012 and he is responsible for completing year-end audits, year-end accounts and monthly management accounts. Nobin also works within Cloud Accounting team ensuring that clients have the best use of accounting software. He is involved in ongoing client support, training and implementing new accounting software. Nobin holds a BA Honours in Accounting & Finance from ICD Business School and is currently at the final stage of the ACCA exams. Nobin’s colleagues have described him as helpful, professional and courteous. Outside of work Nobin likes playing cricket & badminton.

Clodagh is an integral part of the NKC cloud and bookkeeping team. She works closely with clients to assist them in automating and streamlining their bookkeeping processes. Clodagh also works with the NKC payroll & VAT teams.

Clodagh’s colleagues describe her as a friendly and flexible team member and real problem solver. In her spare time Clodagh enjoys playing football and is kept on her toes by her two sons.

Jason joined NKC in 2020 with 15 years of experience in the financial world and is a qualified payroll technician. As a payroll administrator, Jason liaises between the processing department and the payroll manager. Jason is also part of the digital bookkeeping & VAT teams. He is in constant contact with clients and ensures all items are accurate, compliant, and processed on time.

Jason has represented Ireland in Swimming and Water-Polo at an international level. In his spare time, he still swims and plays water polo. He also coaches swimming with Templeogue SC.
