P35 Deadline
The P35 Deadline is fast approaching. All registered employers must file their annual 2011 P35 return by 15 February 2012 even if there were no employee’s during the year. For those employers using ROS the deadline can be extended to 23 February 2012 if returns are filed and paid on ROS.
